xen/arch/x86/x86_64/mmconfig-shared.c: let custom parameter parsing routines return errno

Modify the custom parameter parsing routines in:

xen/arch/x86/x86_64/mmconfig-shared.c

to indicate whether the parameter value was parsed successfully.
